Your satisfaction is our goal at JewelsBerry.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return or exchange the item. Products may be returned within 3 days of receipt of the items. No returns accepted when you order 5 or more of any items. All items being received damaged MUST be reported to JewelsBerry within 24 hours after receipt. All items must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Please notice that all Jewelry and Watches are final sale and all other returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus all shipping costs will be deducted from credited amount. Also, please be advised that JewelsBerry does not accept returns/exchange on any of its products that become damaged after being used by the customer. Any jewelry items received damaged will be exchange with the exact same item and return or exchange with other items are not allowed.
You can expect a refund within 14 days of our receiving your returned product.
All returns MUST ship via insured mail. JewelsBerry is not responsible for returns being received damaged and will NOT issue credit for such returns. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
